Focus on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Candidates
This draw was exclusively for candidates nominated through the Provincial Nominee Program, which enables provinces and territories to select individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and settle in a specific region.
In this draw, 1,121 Invitations to Apply (ITA) were extended to PNP candidates, requiring a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of 694.

The last PNP-specific draw, Express Entry Draw #308, issued 763 ITAs to PNP candidates with a minimum CRS score of 690.
Understanding the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a pathway for Canadian immigration that allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals who aim to settle in a particular province. Each province and territory has distinct PNP streams targeting various groups, such as skilled workers, students, or entrepreneurs.
To apply for a PNP, you must first choose the province or territory where you wish to reside and apply directly to that province’s PNP. Upon receiving a provincial nomination, you can then apply for permanent residence through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
