University Student Reveals How His Ex-Girlfriend Emotionally Tortured Him
For as long as I can remember, I have always been a healthy and active individual, rarely troubled by illnesses. However, all of that changed dramatically when I encountered a mysterious skin condition that left me physically and emotionally scarred. My name is Kelvin Mc Omulamuzi, and this is the story of how I was bewitched by my ex-girlfriend and how traditional healing through Mugwenu Doctors saved me.
It all began shortly after my breakup with Sarah, a woman I had dated for two years while studying at a top University in Uganda. Our relationship ended on a sour note, filled with accusations and bitterness. I decided to move on, focusing on my studies and future career. Little did I know, Sarah had other plans.
A few weeks after our breakup, I noticed small, itchy rashes developing on my arms. At first, I thought it was a mild allergic reaction to something I had eaten or touched. However, the rash spread rapidly, covering my entire body within days. The itching was unbearable, and my skin began to blister and peel. My once smooth skin turned into a landscape of sores and scars.TrendingOWEYEGHA-AFUNADUULA: Mysterious Deaths In Uganda Part II
I sought medical attention immediately. The doctors were puzzled and ran a series of tests, but they couldn’t identify the cause of my condition. They prescribed various ointments and medications, but nothing seemed to work. My skin continued to deteriorate, and the pain became unbearable. I was forced to take a break from my studies as the condition worsened, confining me to my room.
As the weeks turned into months, my frustration and desperation grew. I tried every possible remedy, from modern medicine to herbal treatments, but nothing brought relief. My social life crumbled, and I isolated myself from friends and family. Depression set in as I lost hope of ever recovering.
One night, as I lay in bed, scratching at my inflamed skin, a thought crossed my mind – what if this wasn’t a natural illness? The idea seemed absurd at first, but the more I considered it, the more it made sense. I recalled Sarah’s last words to me, filled with anger and spite. Could she have bewitched me? The notion of witchcraft isn’t foreign in Uganda, where traditional beliefs and practices still hold significant influence.
Desperate for answers, I confided in my close friend, Peter, who suggested I visit Mugwenu Doctors, traditional healers known for their powerful spells and remedies. Although skeptical, I decided to give it a try. I had nothing to lose and everything to gain.
The journey to Mugwenu Doctors was long and arduous, but my determination pushed me forward. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a serene environment that exuded a sense of calm and hope. The Mugwenu Doctors listened attentively as I recounted my ordeal, carefully examining my condition. They nodded knowingly, as if they had encountered such cases before.
After a thorough assessment, the head healer revealed that my ex-girlfriend, Sarah, had indeed cast a spell on me. She had used witchcraft to afflict me with this rare skin disease, hoping to make me suffer for ending our relationship. The revelation was both shocking and disheartening. I couldn’t believe someone I once loved could harbor such malice.
The Mugwenu Doctors assured me they could help. They explained the healing process, which involved a series of rituals and the use of potent traditional herbs. I agreed to undergo the treatment, placing my trust in their expertise. The healers performed a cleansing ritual to purify my body and spirit, followed by a series of incantations to break the spell.
The days that followed were challenging but promising. The Mugwenu Doctors provided me with a special herbal ointment to apply to my skin and a concoction to drink daily. They also conducted regular rituals to reinforce the healing process. Gradually, I began to see improvement. The itching subsided, and my skin started to heal. The blisters and sores disappeared, leaving behind smooth, healthy skin.
As my condition improved, so did my spirits. I resumed my studies, reconnected with friends, and began to rebuild my life. The Mugwenu Doctors had not only healed my skin but also restored my faith in traditional healing. I was overwhelmed with gratitude for their help and expertise.
Reflecting on my journey, I realized the importance of being open-minded and exploring all avenues of healing. While modern medicine is invaluable, traditional practices and beliefs still hold significant power and potential. My experience with Mugwenu Doctors taught me that healing isn’t just about treating physical symptoms but also addressing spiritual and emotional well-being.

Ugandan Citizen Abducted, Held in Secret Detention for Three Months, Sparks Outrage and Calls for Justice
A disturbing new case of unlawful detention has surfaced, highlighting the ongoing human rights crisis in Uganda. A Ugandan citizen was reportedly abducted and held in a secret facility, known as a “safe house,” for three months, only to be released without charge or explanation. This incident, reported by NTV Uganda, has sparked widespread condemnation and renewed calls for accountability regarding human rights abuses in the country.
While the details surrounding the abduction remain unclear, reports indicate that the individual was taken without due process and held incommunicado—an action that has long been condemned by human rights organizations. The victim’s release, with no charges filed and no clear justification, has angered activists and citizens, who view this as yet another case of egregious abuse of power by the state.
“This is a recurring pattern,” said one human rights activist. “Abductions, secret detentions, and unexplained releases have become all too common in Uganda. These acts violate fundamental human rights and erode public trust in the justice system.”
The use of “safe houses,” unregistered detention facilities reportedly operated by security forces, has been a focal point in numerous allegations of torture and illegal imprisonment. Despite repeated calls from both local and international organizations for their closure and accountability for those involved, little action has been taken to address these violations.
This case underscores the urgent need for reform within Uganda’s security apparatus and greater accountability for human rights abuses. Observers hope that drawing attention to these injustices will spur concrete action to bring those responsible to justice and ensure the protection of basic human rights.
As frustration mounts, calls for both domestic and international pressure to hold the government accountable for such crimes grow louder. “One day, there must be accountability for all these crimes against our people,” stated one social media user, reflecting the sentiments of many Ugandans.

NUP Gathering Disrupted: Kyagulanyi Alleges Security Force Harassment and Arrests
National Unity Platform (NUP) President Robert Kyagulanyi has accused Ugandan security forces of using excessive force to disrupt a planned NUP gathering. The allegations were detailed in a statement shared on Twitter, following an event held to honor children of NUP supporters who were killed, disappeared, or detained for their political beliefs.
According to Kyagulanyi, security personnel, under the command of an officer identified as Asiimwe, carried out a preemptive operation early in the morning upon learning of the NUP’s plans. The forces allegedly stormed the premises, arrested workers, and deployed tear gas to disperse those present.
“The criminals under the command of one Asiimwe deployed early morning, arrested our workers, and threw tear gas into our premises. They’ve cordoned off the premises and blocked all people from accessing the place,” Kyagulanyi wrote.
Among those reportedly arrested were Saava Peter, Mudenya Samson, and Turyasingura Samson. Kyagulanyi claimed the detained workers were subjected to beatings and interrogated about their political affiliations, with security operatives labeling them as terrorists.
“These JATT operatives asked the workers who they support politically, branding them terrorists and criminals—their only crime being that they work with us. You can imagine the indignity!” Kyagulanyi lamented.
This incident adds to the growing tension in Uganda’s political climate, where opposition parties frequently accuse the government of stifling dissent. Despite the challenges, Kyagulanyi ended his statement with a message of defiance and optimism, proclaiming, “UGANDA WILL BE FREE.”
