He won.After those elections of speaker and deputy Anita Among, Tayebwa was appointed parliamentary chief whip which was equivalent to a cabinet ministry. After two years Speaker Olanya died in an American hospital. Elections for speaker came up again and Among was elevated to full speaker and the son of Daudi Bangirana was elected deputy speaker.WHEN AND HOW DID MK KASIBANTE AND RT HON DEPUTY SPEAKER FRIENDSHIP FALL APART?When former hustler Rt.
