In a powerful show of solidarity and humanitarian service, the Kabaka Foundation Canada has partnered with Canadian Blood Services to launch a major Plasma Donation Drive set for May 10th, 2025 at the Canadian Blood Services facility in Woodbridge, Ontario.

The initiative, which will be held at 200 Windflower Gate, Woodbridge, ON L4L 9L3, calls on members of the Ugandan-Canadian community and the broader public to join hands in donating plasma—a vital component used to treat patients battling cancer, immune disorders, and severe burns.

The campaign is being described by Mrs. Nakafeero Noeline Ssebulime, Executive Director of Kabaka Foundation Canada, as “a campaign everyone needs to be part of.” She emphasized that this collaborative effort is more than just a donation—it’s about saving lives and giving back to the community in a way that leaves a lasting impact.

“We’re calling on everyone in our communities, especially those of Ugandan descent, to come out and give the gift of life. Plasma saves lives every day, and together, we can make a difference,” said Mrs. Ssebulime.
