An Arsenal fan identified as Enock Atwebembire has been arrested over the alleged murder of Medius Ninsiima, a 52-year-old woman, in Rwampara District.Ninsiima was attacked on January 4, 2026, while returning home from a campaign rally of a yet-to-be-identified candidate at Rwentojo Trading Centre.
