Forum slams Sibiya’s conduct at Madlanga Commission

The has condemned suspended South African Police Service Deputy National Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya for his attitude towards Madlanga Commission evidence leader, Advocate Adila Hassim.
During his testimony in Pretoria, Sibiya accused Hassim of acting as KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s lawyer.
The forum’s Dennis Bloem says Sibiya is trying to hide from all the damaging evidence that the commission is putting in front of him.
“The uncalled-for attack from Lt General Shadrack Sibiya on the commissions evidence leader, Advocate Adila Hassim is totally wrong, arrogant and confrontational and unacceptable. She is merely doing her work by putting evidence and questions to the witnesses. Instead of answering questions that are put to him General Sibiya is ducking and diving.”
