Seven arrested in Klerksdorp over planned ATM bombing


The Hawks Tactical response Unit and the SAPS Special Task Force have arrested seven suspects in Klerksdorp, North West who were planning to bomb an ATM earlier on Tuesday.
Hawks spokesperson Katlego Mogale says one rifle, a pistol and explosives were recovered.
“The suspects will be charged with possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition, conspiracy to commit crime and possession of a suspected stolen motor vehicle.”
