Businessman Brown Mogotsi to face Parliaments Ad Hoc Committee

Mogotsi medical certificate questioned, his testimony postponed


The Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria has described North West businessman Brown Mogotsi’s medical certificate as “useless”.
Mogotsi appeared before the commission, which has postponed his testimony to a later date.

Meanwhile, suspended SAPS head of Organised Crime Richard Shibiri is expected to start to testify shortly.  He’s accused of having alleged links to cartel members and interfering in the investigation of the killing of Vereeniging engineer Armand Swart.
Swart was gunned down outside his workplace in April 2024.
