Didiza, George to lay criminal complaint against O’Sullivan

National Assembly Speaker Thoko Didiza and Secretary to Parliament Xolile George will lay a criminal complaint against private investigator, Paul O’Sullivan.
The complaint relates to his walkout when he appeared before the Ad Hoc Committee two weeks ago.
At the time of the walkout, he told MPs serving in the committee that he needs to catch a flight and left despite some MPs trying to stop him from leaving.
However, in his written apology to the committee, he advanced severe back pain as the reason why he had to leave.
ANC MP Xola Nqola and EFF leader Julius Malema were among those who did not accept his apology.
