Nine accused of killing TUT lecturer back in court

Arnold Terblanche back in court Monday for wife’s murder

Businessman Arnold Terblanche will be back in the High Court in Gqeberha in the Eastern Cape on Monday.
He is accused of masterminding the killing of his wife Vicki in 2021.
Terblanche was in court on Friday and the matter was postponed to give the state and defence time to compile digital photo albums of all images taken at the crime scene.
On Thursday, defence attorney Peter Daubermann requested the additional photographs before the cross-examination of the next witnesses continues.
Terblanche, who is accused of recruiting his estranged wife’s then boyfriend Reinhardt Leach, to carry out the killing, has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
Leach and an associate Dylan Cullis, are serving sentences for their roles in the killing.
