Police launch man hunt after two killed in Eldorado Park

Police have launched a man hunt for eight suspects following a shooting incident in which two people were killed and six others wounded in Eldorado Park, south of Johannesburg on Saturday night.
Police responded to the scene of the incident where they found two bodies.
The six people with gunshot wounds were taken to a local hospital.
Gauteng police spokesperson Brenda Muridili says, “It is alleged that, there was a social gathering in that venue when a group of about eight unknown men entered the yard and started shooting randomly at the people before fleeing the scene on foot. No suspects arrested yet and the motive of the shooting is unknown at this stage. The police request anyone who may have information that can assist with investigations to contact Crime Stop number; 08600 10111 or anonymously give tip-offs on MySaps App which can be downloaded on any smartphone.”
