Nkosi testifies that he has no reason to lie about

Sergeant Nkosi says Tebello “Tibz” Motsonae was Mswazi’s nephew

Gauteng Police Sergeant Fannie Nkosi has testified that Tebello “Tibz” Motsonae, who was killed alongside rapper AKA, whose name was Kiernan Forbes, was Mthakathi Mswazi’s nephew.
This was after the Commission played the video of the pair getting gunned down in 2023 in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal.
Sergeant Nkosi told Commissioner Sesi Baloyi that he was also involved in Motsoane and Forbe’s murder investigation in the early stages, as organised crime was requested to come and assist in the matter.
“When you say you were involved, does it mean the docket ended up at the National Office? We were working hand-in-glove with the KZN Police.  So it remained a KZN case? That’s correct,” answered Nkosi.
Sergeant Nkosi returns to the Commission on Monday to complete his cross-examination.
