Malema rejects Mkhwanazi’s corruption allegations

Malema was speaking at his party’s National Voter Registration Launch at Ghandi Square, in Johannesburg.
Khan, who Malema says he knows, has been mentioned in various testimonies at the Madlanga Commission as having ties to businessman Brown Mogotsi who allegedly has ties to criminal activities.
Malema has been implicated at the Commission for allegedly manipulating a Tshwane Municipality security tender in 2024. He has dismissed all ties to corruption.

“He must never, never create an impression that there is a corrupt relationship between me and Sibiya. I know Sibiya for nothing. I’ve got no corrupt relationship with General Khan or anyone of that sort. I’ve got no tender in the police or anywhere. That’s why they will never find me. Look for me and you will never catch me because I’m not part of the gangsters,” says Malema.
