Durban businessman ordered to retract statements about Mkhwanazi

The Durban High Court has ruled in favour of KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, after he approached the court to interdict and restrain a Durban businessman from defaming him on social media platforms.
