The Western Cape Infrastructure Department says the N9-N12 in the Little Karoo will be closed at 14h00 and reopened at 17h00 on Wednesday afternoon.   It says road users should expect traffic delays between Oudtshoorn and George, as well as between Uniondale and George.   The Department’s spokesperson, Jandre Bakker, has advised motorists to use alternative routes like the Robinson Pass.   Bakker …

The Garden Route District Municipality has confirmed that four farms have now tested positive for foot-and-mouth disease (FMD).
