Police have Striker Isaac Ogwang back as they face a tough challenge against Calvary in the FUFA Big League showdown.

Ogwang, who is the leading scorer in the division with 13 goals, was rested in Uganda Cup against NEC.

The duo of Joseph Sentume and George Kiryowa are also part of the team having missed the NEC defeat.

But Right back Tony Kiwalazi and goalkeeper Ashadu Bugembe did not travel with the team due to injury and family issues respectively.

Coming off a Uganda Cup exit at the hands of NEC, Police endured a grueling journey spanning over nine hours, including a ferry ride.

Despite the setback, Police maintain their position atop the FUFA Big League table with 40 points, leading second-placed Kataka by three points.

Their campaign has been near flawless, with only one loss so far, and have proved as a good value for promotion this season after heart break last year.

Meanwhile, Calvary, fighting for survival, aim to exploit Police’s fatigue and home crowd advantage.

They are 10th on the table with 24 points, five above safety.
