How do I become a User?

Getting started is simple! Click on the sign-up button on the homepage, create your account profile, and you can immediately start exploring our network of experts.

Can I switch to an Expert account later?

Absolutely. If you decide you want to start sharing your own professional knowledge and monetizing your skills, you can submit an Expert Request from your account settings at any time to begin the verification process.

Booking & Interacting with Experts

How do I book a session with an Expert?

Once you find an Expert whose background matches your needs, head to their profile to view their available time slots. Select a time that works for you, choose your preferred session type, and confirm the booking.

Are my chats with Experts private?

Yes. Your privacy and security are highly important to us. All direct messaging and 1-on-1 session chats between you and your chosen Expert are completely private and secure.

Do I need a subscription to use Notisboard?

No, a platform-wide subscription is not required to browse or use Notisboard. However, individual Experts may offer premium Subscription Plans on their profiles that give you exclusive access to their specialized content, premium feeds, or discounted sessions.

What payment options are supported?

Notisboard supports secure, streamlined digital payment options to make booking sessions and subscribing to experts seamless. You can manage your preferred billing details directly within your profile's payment settings.

Does Notisboard have a referral program?

Yes, we do! You can invite your friends, colleagues, or peers to join the platform using your unique referral link. Check out the Referrals section in your dashboard to grab your link and view active perks.
