The case against Pretoria High Court Judge Portia Phahlane and prominent faction leader of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (IPHC), Bhekumuzi Sandlana, has been postponed to the 23rd of July at the request of the defence and for further investigation.
Two of the three co-accused made a brief appearance at the Pretoria Specialised Commercial Crimes Court alongside them, a little earlier.
However, accused number one, Katlego Phahlane, the son of Judge Phahlane, was absent.
He reportedly has health issues, and a warrant for his arrest has been issued.
