Deputy National Police Commissioner to appear before Ad Hoc Commitee

Deputy National Police Commissioner, Tebello Mosikili, will testify before the Ad Hoc Committee today.
The committee is investigating allegations of criminal infiltration, corruption and political interference in the criminal justice system.
The allegations were made by KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi, during a media briefing in July last year.
Mosikili will be questioned on the implementation of the now placed on special leave Police Minister Senzo Mchunu’s directive to disband the Political Killings Task Team.
