Dr. In Germany Advise ill 85-Year-Old Gen. Moses Ali To To Rest & Avoid public engagements


According to reports, doctors in German have advised 86-year-old Gen. Moses Ali, the NRM Parliamentary candidate for Adjumani West to rest and avoid public engagements after returning from a month-long medical leave in Munich.We have learnt that Germany doctors informed his assistants and personal doctors that if he is to live for more few years he should retire immediately on return to Uganda.Despite him not being able to talk due to the sickness his team has continued canvassing for support and promoting his main pledges saying this time after 40 years in govt  he is going to establish a Health Centre IV in Adjumani Town for poor residents.The 86-year-old retired army officer, who currently serves as the Second Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Leader of Government Business in Parliament.Aformer rebel leader,Gen Moses Ali made a worst blunder during NRA war when he delayed to command his well armed rebels to enter Kampala which gave Museveni a chance to take power hence the agreement with Gen
