The latest Canadian Express Entry draw was just held. Express Entry draw #308 saw the lowest Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 690 and invited 763 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.

A New Specific Draw for Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs)
This draw specifically targeted candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program, which allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and who are interested in settling in a particular province.
In today’s draw, 763 Invitations to Apply (ITA) were issued to PNP candidates, with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) of 690.
The previous PNP-Specific Draw was the Express Entry Draw #306. This draw (#306) issued 964 ITAs to Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates with a minimum CRS score of 686.
What is PNP and How Can I Apply?
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a Canadian immigration program that allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals who wish to immigrate to Canada and settle in a specific province. Each province and territory has its own unique PNP streams that target specific groups of people, such as skilled workers, students, or business people.
To apply for a PNP, you must first decide which province or territory you wish to live in and then apply directly to that province’s PNP. If you receive a provincial nomination, you can then apply for permanent residence through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Number of Candidates in the Current Express Entry Pool
The IRCC updates the number of people in the Express Entry pool a few days before an invitation round takes place. Numbers change as new profiles are submitted, profiles expire or are issued an ITA.
