On Tuesday night , photos surfaced on the Internet with Singer Patrick Mulwaana aka Alien Skin with President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni in State House.

On Alien Skin, it looked like a dream because he had tried his best to personally meet the president but all plans have been not succeeding due to several issues.
Unlike, the previous incidents where it is alleged that Alien had wanted to be led to State House by fellow Artists, this time it was Ms. Hellen Seku, Commissioner of the National Patriotism Corps, that secured an appointment for Mulwaana to meet the President as they appear in the photo.
It should be remembered that Alien Skin who was among the Artists on President Museveni’s campaign trail, had left the trail and put a condition that it’s only the President who can make his reverse his decision.
