Hajat Namyalo Hadijah, the Head of the Office of the National Chairman (ONC), has demonstrated exceptional leadership by redefining political mobilisation through wealth creation and empowerment. Her philosophy is clear and practical: before preaching the gospel of NRM, we must first transform the livelihoods of our people.Through her wealth creation empowerment program, she has reached over 3 million Bazzukulu, providing them with start-up equipment and seed capital, enabling families to generate income, restore dignity, and build sustainable futures. This approach has turned mobilisation into real impact.As the Chief Muzzukulu, Hajat Namyalo has organised and inspired 4.8 million well-structured and committed supporters, ready to stand with NRM and H.E. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni beyond 2036. This is not empty politics, but organised patriotism anchored in economic empowerment.Her mobilisation strategy has been inclusive and deliberate. By engaging Ugandans at their workplaces—factories, markets, garages, institutions, and community SACCOs—she has successfully brought on board those who were previously outside formal party structures.
