This move follows his recent resignation from URA, where he played a crucial role in communicating tax policies and addressing public concerns.
During his tenure at URA, Bbossa leveraged his expertise in media relations to clarify issues surrounding the Electronic Fiscal Receipting and Invoicing System (EFRIS).
His efforts helped alleviate confusion among traders, who initially misunderstood EFRIS as a new tax.
Bbossa’s return to UCC is seen as a significant move, bringing his wealth of experience and skills to the commission. His leadership and expertise are expected to contribute to UCC’s success.
Prior to joining URA, Bbossa served at UCC, navigating challenging periods and earning commendations for his work.
His career, spanning over two decades, is marked by successful public relations initiatives.
As Bbossa resumes his role at UCC this October, his contributions to URA remain undeniable.
