Macpherson authorises legal action against former MK Party MPs – SABC News

The minister says the three were removed from Parliament in August 2024.Macpherson also wants the court to order them to pay for litigation costs. He says no individual is above the law when it comes to unlawfully occupying state property.
[STATEMENT] I’ve authorised formal eviction proceedings, including a cost order, against three former MK MPs who have been unlawfully occupying Parliamentary Village properties since being removed from Parliament in August 2024.
