Ndimande brothers to appear in Durban court over AKA murder case

The two Ndimande brothers, allegedly linked to the murders of rapper Kiernan ‘AKA’ Forbes and chef Tebello ‘Tibz’ Motsoane in 2023, are due back in the Durban Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
During the last proceedings Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande appeared via a video link.
The state also announced their transfer to the high-security eBongweni Super Max Correctional Facility in Kokstad.
This will be their fourth appearance since their extradition from Eswatini in November 2025.
They also face multiple charges, including a murder charge for a separate matter where a taxi boss was killed in Amanzimtoti.
