{"id":1332,"date":"2026-06-06T05:44:02","date_gmt":"2026-06-06T05:44:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xavieradioug.com\/news\/chief-registrar-pushes-for-proper-coordination-among-judiciarys-top-management\/"},"modified":"2026-06-06T05:44:02","modified_gmt":"2026-06-06T05:44:02","slug":"chief-registrar-pushes-for-proper-coordination-among-judiciarys-top-management","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xavieradioug.com\/news\/chief-registrar-pushes-for-proper-coordination-among-judiciarys-top-management\/","title":{"rendered":"Chief Registrar Pushes for Proper Coordination Among Judiciary\u2019s Top Management"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> \n<br \/>\n                                Kampala\u2013 The Chief Registrar, Her Worship (HW), Agnes Alum, has called for enhanced coordination, communication and teamwork among officers who directly support the Judiciary\u2019s Top Management, saying effective collaboration is essential for efficient service delivery and institutional success.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Registrar Agnes Alum<br \/>\nSpeaking during a meeting held in her chambers at the Judiciary Headquarters earlier today, HW Alum said the officers serve as the critical link that enables the leadership of the Judiciary to effectively execute its mandate.<br \/>\nThe meeting brought together the Chief Registrar, the Private Legal Secretaries to the Chief Justice, Deputy Chief Justice, Principal Judge and Chief Registrar, the Personal Assistants to Top Management,and the leadership of the Registry of Communications and Public Relations.<br \/>\nDescribing the engagement as an opportunity to formally interact with the team and establish stronger working relationships, the Chief Registrar emphasized that the officers would be working closely together in advancing the institution\u2019s goals.<br \/>\n\u201cThis is my first meeting with you. While it is largely intended as a meet-and-greet session, it is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another because we shall be working together very closely,\u201d she said.<br \/>\nHW Alum commended the officers for the often unseen but indispensable role they play in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Judiciary.<br \/>\n\u201cYou are the team that works behind the scenes to ensure that your principals succeed. You keep this institution moving and enable the leaders of the Judiciary to effectively perform their duties. I thank you for your resilience, dedication and commitment,\u201d she noted.<br \/>\nThe Chief Registrar acknowledged that she was assuming office with a readiness to learn from the experience and institutional knowledge of the team.<br \/>\n\u201cThis is a new office and a new chapter for me. There is a lot to learn, but I am ready to learn, relearn and move forward with the team. We shall learn as we run because the work before us requires urgency, commitment and teamwork,\u201d she said.<br \/>\nShe stressed the importance of harmonising activities and sharing information across the support teams, noting that better coordination would ensure that all relevant offices remain updated on the official engagements of the Judiciary\u2019s leadership.<br \/>\nThe Private Legal Secretary to the Chief Registrar, HW Patricia Amoko, highlighted the unique role played by the support teams in the day-to-day functioning of the institution.<br \/>\nShe described the officers as the \u201cminute and second hands of the institution\u2019s clock,\u201d noting that while their work often goes unnoticed, it is essential to the smooth operation of the Judiciary.<br \/>\nHW Amoko observed that the nature of the work demands resilience, flexibility and professionalism, often requiring officers to work beyond normal hours to ensure that Top Management activities are successfully executed.<br \/>\nDuring the interactive session, members of the team welcomed the Chief Registrar\u2019s commitment to inclusiveness and expressed appreciation for her recognition of the critical support role they play within the Judiciary.<br \/>\nHer worship, James Mawanda Ereemye, Faisal Mulalira and Patricia Amoko during the meeting.<br \/>\nThe officers unanimously supported the proposal for weekly virtual coordination meetings, noting that regular engagements would improve information sharing, reduce scheduling conflicts and strengthen collaboration among the different offices.<br \/>\nHW Faisal Mulalira pledged to bring positive energy to the team and expressed his commitment to learning from colleagues while contributing to the success of the office.<br \/>\n\u201cI am ready to learn from the wealth of experience around this table and to contribute my part in ensuring that we work as one team for the good of the institution,\u201d he said.<br \/>\nMembers also raised concerns regarding transport facilitation, observing that several Private Legal Secretaries and Personal Assistants lack official vehicles to effectively execute official assignments.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/thetorchuganda.com\/2026\/06\/06\/chief-registrar-pushes-for-proper-coordination-among-judiciarys-top-management\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kampala\u2013 The Chief Registrar, Her Worship (HW), Agnes Alum, has called for enhanced coordination, communication and teamwork among officers who directly support the Judiciary\u2019s Top Management, saying effective collaboration is essential for efficient service delivery and institutional success.
