\n\u201cWe have ascertained the number of files as Judiciary and we are currently the process of resource allocation and any time from now we are starting with hearing of these petitions. We want to urge Ugandans to stay calm, support us , let us move together.\u201d His Worship James Mawanda Ereemye told journalists on Monday.
\nHe dismissed rumors that Court has delayed hearing these matters, stating that they are still with in the six months period under which they must hear and dispose off election Petitions.
\n\u201cAgain it\u2019s not true that Judges will be sent to different places depending on the needs of some individuals, but it will be for adjudication purposes. These are professional people who have taken Judicial oath to serve all Ugandans in accordance with the law.\u201d
\nIn the same line, Judiciary has also concluded the training of Court of Appeal Justices on proper handling of election appeals since after High Court decisions many of those who are not contented are expected to appeal.
