\nKibuli Secondary School reaffirmed their dominance in school table tennis after clinching double gold in both the boys\u2019 and girls\u2019 categories at the USSSA Kampala regional qualifiers held at Ham Stadium, Nakivubo.
\nThe one-day competition attracted at least twelve teams\u2014six in the boys\u2019 category and six in the girls\u2019\u2014with matches played in a round-robin format. Kibuli SS stood head and shoulders above the rest, going unbeaten in all their fixtures across both divisions.<\/p>\n
In the boys\u2019 category, Kibuli SS delivered a flawless campaign to secure the gold medal. Mbogo College followed in second place to claim silver, while Caltec Academy completed the podium positions with bronze.
\nThe girls\u2019 team mirrored the boys\u2019 excellence, successfully defending their title with another dominant display. Mbogo High School finished second to take silver, as Mbogo College settled for bronze.
\nKampala Region will send six teams per gender to the upcoming national championships, with Kibuli SS emerging as strong contenders following their commanding performance.
\nThe medalists and winners are set to be officially crowned on Tuesday, April 14, at Ham Stadium Nakivubo, marking the climax of the Kampala regional qualifiers.
