\n Kampala\u2013 The High Court of Uganda will today commence the hearing of a murder case against Christopher Okello who is accused of murdering four toddlers at Ggaba Early Childhood Day Care Center.<\/p>\n

\nThe trial is expected to be held at Gaba Community School grounds near the scene of crime so as to enable the community members participate directly in the whole hearing process.
\n\u201cThe heartbreaking killing of infants in Gaba case proceedings will be held in open court. The trial is scheduled to commence on Monday, 13th April, and will run for one week.\u201d Revealed Hon. Balaam Barugahare, State Minister for Children
\nThat the court sessions will will run daily from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
\nTo ensure wider public access, screens and speakers will be installed for live viewing, and the trial will also be broadcast on major television stations.
\nLast week, Makindye Magistrates Court committed Onyum to High Court for trial after gathering enough evidence required to sustain a trial.
\nProsecution contends that Christopher Okello Onyum on 2nd April at Ggaba early Childhood Development Center at Ggaba Trading Zone, Ggaba Parish, Makindye Division, Kampala District with Malice a fore sought, caused the death of Eteku Gideon, Keith Agenorwoth Otim, Sseruyange Ignatius and Odeke Ryan.<\/p>\n
