Among the key issues raised were emerging security threats, a rise in wildlife-related offences, cases involving children, and an increase in land disputes\u2014some of which stakeholders noted are increasingly being handled through the criminal justice system.<br \/>\nDuring the session, each institution presented status reports outlining progress, operational challenges, and proposed practical interventions aimed at strengthening coordination and improving efficiency across the justice chain.<br \/>\nChairing the meeting, the Chief Magistrate of Nwoya and DCC Chairperson, HW Omara Innocent David, commended members for their continued collaboration and commitment to justice delivery. He emphasized the value of regular quarterly engagements, describing them as vital platforms for accountability, information sharing, and harmonised service delivery.<br \/>\nStakeholders also applauded the district\u2019s coordinated efforts during the recently concluded electoral period, which was marked by calm and stability, with no election-related disputes filed before court.
