\nKawempe Muslim Secondary School delivered a ruthless attacking display to thrash Jubilee 2000 Secondary School 11-0 in a one-sided encounter played at Our Lady of Africa, as the 2026 USSSA Ball Games I girls\u2019 football championship continued to gather pace.
\nThe emphatic victory confirmed Kawempe Muslim\u2019s qualification to the Round of 32 with a game to spare, underlining their dominance in Group H.
\nKawempe set the tone early, netting five goals in the first half through Shadia Nabirye, Tracy Nabalanzi, Belinda Hope Nabawanuka and Meble Adong to take full control of the contest before the break. They returned even stronger in the second stanza, adding six more goals to complete a comprehensive 11-0 triumph.
\nShadia Nabirye and Cynthia Kirenga both grabbed hat-tricks, while Belinda Hope Nabawanuka scored twice. Tracy Nabalanzi, Meble Adong, and Kisakye Daniella also found the back of the net in a match that exposed Jubilee 2000\u2019s defensive frailties.
\nThe result adds to Jubilee 2000 Secondary School\u2019s woes, with the side having now conceded 28 goals in just two matches, following a heavy 17-0 defeat to Mukono Kings on match day one.
\nKawempe Muslim had earlier kicked off their campaign with a 3-1 victory over St Andrews Rubindi and now sit comfortably in second position of Group H with six points.
\nElsewhere, Rines Secondary School cruised to a commanding 7-1 victory over Bubiita Seed Secondary School. Ainembabazi Angel and Mupyanga Halima each scored twice, while Namatovu Hikmat, Wolayo Kautharah, and Nakawuki Trinah added to the tally. Nashale Shamim netted the consolation for Bubiita.
\nMukono Kings High School also continued their fine form, defeating St Andrews Rubindi 4-0 thanks to goals from Nankwanga Salma, Vanessa Naggayi (penalty), Evelyn Okudu, and Teddy Nabwire.
\nWith the group stages heating up, action resumes on Saturday with a packed Match Day 3 schedule as teams battle for qualification to the knockout stages.
