NUP’s Mosh Secures a Second Term at City Hall


Nakawa– Kampala district returning Officer Jennifer Kyobutungi, has declared Mosh Sendi from National Unity Platform (NUP) as the Lord Councilor for Makindye II at City Hall.

Mosh possing with his results at Makerere University Business School grounds where the declaration was made.
Ssendi obtained a total of 8185 votes out of a total of 18159 votes.
Other candidates in the race were, Galusanja Ibrahim (independent) who obtained 50 votes, Juuko Abdulaziz (independent) with 138 votes, Kajubi Ali (independent) got 210 votes, Kamya Godfrey Asiimwe with 151 votes, , Miya Hamza(Democratic Front) 228 votes, Mukasa Abdul Nasser(NRM) with 6088 votes.
Others included; Nassimbwa Joanita (Democratic party) 181 votes, Ntambi Farouq (independent) 239 votes, Twesigye Emmanuel (independent) 1434 and Wafula Ivan (PFF) 643 Votes.
Mosh has been the Councilor representing the same area having joined the race in 2021.
