President Cyril Ramaphosa expected to attend Mosioua Lekota funeral

Family Spokesperson for the late Congress of the People (COPE) leader Mosioua Lekota says President Cyril Ramaphosa has indicated that he intends to attend the funeral.

Family spokesperson for the late Congress of the People (COPE) leader Mosioua Lekota says President Cyril Ramaphosa has indicated that he intends to attend the funeral. The presidency announced that Lekota will receive a Special official funeral service, category 2.

Lekota passed away on Wednesday at a hospital in Johannesburg after battling an illness.
Sekhoto added that the official funeral service will be held on Saturday, at the Old Grey Sports centre in Bloemfontein.
“I am sitting in the planning committee and the presidents has indicated that he will come,” says Sekhoto.
