Six Milnerton High pupils to appear in court for bullying

The six learners accused of bullying and assaulting a Grade 10 learner from Milnerton High school last year are expected to appear at the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.
Two of the accused will appear in the juvenile court.
Each of the learners faces eight counts of assault with the intent to do grievous bodily harm.
The accused have been released on bail of R 2000, while the two minors were released into the care of their parents.
The incident is alleged to have happened in October last year.
A video that went viral on social media shows how the victim was beaten with objects, including a hockey stick.
