The Mufti of Uganda, Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, has said the rampant cases of failed marriages can be attributed to social media counsellors.He said these counsellors are shallow in knowledge and don’t have useful spirituality,“In most cases, those marriage counsellors are indeed products of failed marriages, and have, in turn, caused many marriages to collapse,” Sheikh Mubaje said.Mubaje was presiding over the wedding of Fahad Byansi and Fazira Tabaro Mikidad, held at Lwebitakuli in Ssembabule district.He advised the newlywed couple to build trust for one another if they are to enjoy a blissful marriage and pledged to provide more guidanceThe Mufti lauded Byansi for picking his bride from Rwanda, saying, cross-border marriages are vital in promoting the integration of East African nations.
