Tambo Mandela would have joined call for Mideast ceasefire Ramaphosa

Tambo, Mandela would have joined call for Mideast ceasefire: Ramaphosa – SABC News

He says Tambo and Mandela would have joined South Africa in calling for a ceasefire.“Nelson Mandela and Oliver Tambo were men of peace. Yes, much as they took up arms to fight up against the evil system, they sought to resolve conflict through dialogue. Their aim was always to engage in this so that dialogue can begin. These were men of peace and they would have been gravely concerned by the conflict  in the Middle East today. They would have called on the United Nations Charter to be respected and upheld. They would’ve joined us in calling for the immediate ceasefire and for the conflict to be resolved through meaningful and earnest negotiation.”
