The 3rd edition of the Annual End of Year Primary Schools Sports Gala will be played on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, at the Ntenjeru Ssaza Ground Kayunga
Held with objectives of providing participants with a wide range of developmental benefits beyond the sports itself, encouraging physical fitness, enhancing mental well-being, and life skill development, the Gala will bring together from across Uganda to engage in a friendly competition and student engagements.
Unlike the last two (2) editions, primary schools will compete in games like Netball for Girls (U12 and U14) and football boys (U12 and U14)
Organizing committee chairman Mbuga Swaibu stated that the tournament goes beyond just playing, but it’s an opportunity for young ones to showcase their talent.

“End of Year Primary Schools Sports Gala is a visionary platform designed to identify, nurture, and elevate Uganda’s young talents”. Stated Mbuga Swaibu the chairman organizing committee
“The Gala goes beyond competition. It’s a mission driven initiative focused on celebrating students achievements in a sportive and spirited community environment. It provides a platform to reinforce key academic and like skills, such as teamwork, leadership, and resilience through the shared experience”.
