Kitara will aim to secure the top spot in the Uganda Premier League when they visit Express at Wankulukuku.
Currently in third place with 44 points, Kitara suffered a setback after a defeat against title rivals Vipers last week, amidst accusations of sorcery in a chaotic game.
However, their title hopes have been reignited following Vipers’ failure to secure a win against Maroons in a 1-1 draw on Tuesday.
A victory for Kitara would propel them back to the top of the table with 47 points.
Meanwhile, Express, who recently secured a 1-0 win at Wankulukuku, will be eager to bounce back after a 2-0 loss against BUL.
Kitara emerged victorious in the reverse fixture with a 1-0 win, with Paul Mucureezi scoring the decisive goal in Masindi.
