Late Tamale Mirundi’s Family Seeks Forgiveness From Mengo – Ultimate News

Veteran journalist and former President Museveni’s press secretary Joseph Tamale Mirundi died last month at Kisubi in Kampala. He was buried days later leaving behind several children and wives.
Mirundi who once worked with Buganda Kingdom’s Radio CBS fm sometimes didn’t mince his words while throwing several jibes at the Mengo establishment and the leaders including Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga among others.
During and after the funeral, his family kept asking for forgiveness from the Buganda Kingdom saying the deceased was human bound to make mistakes and so his family and himself should be forgiven.
Since his death and funeral, no Buganda Kingdom official has ever come to speak about forgiving Tamale for the abuses and jibes he used to throw at the Kingdom during his media programs on radios, Television and Online channels.
Tamale Mirundi’s family including his children, Wives and other relatives visited Bulange Mengo (the Kingdom’s Headquarters) and officially apologized to the Kabaka, the Kingdom and it’s leaders over the late’s shortcomings.TrendingHead Of ATMIS and Senior Officials Visit Soldiers Injured During Al-Shabaab Attack
In response on behalf of the Buganda Kingdom and himself, Katikiro Charles Peter Mayiga granted them audience and also accepted the apology and forgave the Late Tamale.
