NRM’s Kisembo Wins Kikuube District LC.5 Seat

The Electoral Commission on Thursday Night declared National Resistance Movement’s (NRM), Paddy Kisembo as the duly elected LC.5 Chairperson for Kikuube District.

“I Twine Emmanuel being the Returning Officer for Kikuube Electoral District having added up the number of votes cast as recorded on each Declaration of Results form in accordance with section 147 of of the Local Government Act cap 138, declare that the total number of votes cast is as follows.”
Kisembo Paddy (NRM), 26612 Votes and Timanyire Francis (NUP), 8712 Votes. The total number of votes cast were 35324 votes, 887 invalid Votes with 74 total number of spoilt ballot papers.
