In the recent President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s Cabinet appointments, West Nile Region received an appointment of a total of five Ministers.
Some of the appointed Ministers from West Nile Region.
Although Gen Moses was dropped from the position 2nd deputy prime Minister and Hon. Evelyn Anite from State Minister of Finance, still the people of West Nile have a reason to celebrate.
The appointees are; Hon. Huda Oleru who was appointed as the Minister of State for Defence and Veteran Affairs (Veteran Affairs),
Hon. Phiona Nyamutoro, appointed as the Minister of State for Energy and Mineral Development (Minerals)
Hon. Charles Ayume was appointed as the Minister of State for Health (Primary Health Care), Hon. Alioni Yorke Odria as the Minister of State for ICT and National Guidance (National Guidance)
Well as Hon.Tom Aza was appointed the Minister of State for Trade, Industry and Cooperatives (Cooperatives) and Hon. Siraji Musa Ali as the State minister for works and transport
Hon. Evelyn Anite was listed among the former Ministers awaiting appointment as Senior Presidential Advisors.
