Mpuuga Bids Farewell to his Voters


Hon. Mathius Mpuuga, the outgoing Member of Parliament for Nyendo- Mukungwe, has issued a heartfelt message to the people of Masaka, expressing gratitude for the support and trust they accorded him during his 15 years of service as their Member of Parliament.

In his message, Mpuuga thanked the residents of Masaka for standing with him throughout what he described as a “remarkable chapter of service,” noting that serving the constituency had been one of the greatest honours of his life.
The legislator reflected on the journey shared with the people, highlighting moments of triumph and challenge that were guided by a shared commitment to justice, dignity, development, and the betterment of Uganda.
Mpuuga said the opportunity to represent the voices, aspirations, and concerns of the people in Parliament was made possible through their unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in a common cause.
Although his tenure in Parliament is coming to an end, Mpuuga reassured supporters that his commitment to public service remains strong. He pledged to remain available whenever called upon and to continue contributing to causes aimed at building a better Uganda.
He concluded by thanking his constituents for their resilience, friendship, and faith in his leadership over the years.
